Prior to joining Taylor English, Michael served as a partner in one of the Midwest’s leading business law firms that provides counsel to some of the region’s most successful companies and individuals. Michael also has experience as the founder, chief operating officer and general counsel of a multimedia company, where he created cutting-edge experiential and digital marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 clients and worked with industry-leading, national products and brands to monetize and grow their web-based businesses.
To further support the start-up community, Michael founded Investable Mastermind, an organization dedicated empowering the lives of the like-minded entrepreneurial community.
Michael is a member of Small Business Association of Michigan and State Bar of Michigan. Active in the community, Michael is an alumni of the Detroit Regional Chamber’s Leadership Detroit, founding member of National Crowdfunding Association, mentor with 1871 in Chicago and active within the University of Michigan.
Michael earned his undergraduate degree from University of Michigan, his master of business administration from Wayne State University and his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law.
