"Taylor English's GC Co-Chairs On Leadership Change, Future," Law360

In an article published by Law360 on August 10, 2022, author t|e General Counsel co-chairs Rhonda Parish and Allen Nelson discuss the team's recent leadership change and the future of the team with Law360's Adrian Cruz.  Parish was recently named co-chair following co-founder Gray McCalley's decision to retire. 

Parish first joined the general counsel team in August 2021 after spending most of her career working in-house for a wide range of major corporations, including Ruby Tuesday, Denny's and Walmart.

"Over the past year, Rhonda has shown how she applies her expertise in the restaurant industry to successfully serve as a trusted partner to sophisticated businesses across the country," Nelson said, adding that, "Her experience has prepared her well to co-lead our fractional general practice, and I look forward to serving as co-chair" beside her.

"I'm also excited to step into the role as I'm celebrating my one-year anniversary with the firm, which I joined specifically for the fractional general counsel practice we have. I was very interested in the approach the firm is taking with the practice and it felt like there was such an opportunity for many corporations of all sizes with different needs for in-house legal work," said Parish.
